Appointments are booked through Acuity Scheduling.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Consultation recommendations
Consultations are professional healthcare consultations.
Following a consultation, recommendations are usually provided by email.
You are under no obligation to purchase any recommended herbal medicines or products.
Recommendations are based on the information you choose to provide during the consultation process.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your health, medications, allergies, supplements, pregnancy status, and any other information relevant to your care.
Failure to provide relevant information may affect the suitability or safety of recommendations.
Herbal medicines
Where appropriate, bespoke herbal prescriptions may be prepared specifically for you.
Some prescriptions may be reordered without another consultation where clinically appropriate.
In other cases, a follow-up consultation may be required before further herbal medicines can be supplied.
This decision is made on clinical grounds and in the interests of safe practice.

Such variations do not necessarily indicate a fault.
